The annotated Protein-Protein-Interactions (PPI) are searchable by systematic ORF name (preferentially) , Gene name, part of Description (sort of experiment like two hybrid, coimmunoprecipitation , etc) or PUBMED reference number.
You may choose if the results include physical and/or genetic interactions. The search string is not case sensitive. Currently about 15.488 protein-protein-interactions (9103 physical and 6385 genetic) are annotated including the following high throughput analysis:
