Spa2p interacts with cell polarity proteins and signalling components involved in Yeast cell morphogenesis.
Mol. Cell. Biol. 18:4053-4069 (1998)

Summary of the different interactions between constituents of the 12S complex and signalling components. Proteins that contact one another have been shown to be physically associated by co-IP or sedimentation analysis. Proteins that interact as determined by the two-hybrid system are indicated by lines with arrowheads at each end (includes Spa2p-Mkk1p and Spa2p-Mkk2p interaction). Components that were analyzed in this study are shaded. For a further description of the different components see Costigan,C. and Snyder,M. Mol. Cell. Biol. (in press).
