Graphical display of yeast TYs and tRNAs

Last update: 06/19/97

The two bars for each chromosome represent the Watson (upper) and the Crick (lower) strand, repectively. The tRNA genes are identified by the one letter code of the amino acid charged to the corresponding tRNA; suffix numbers are used to distinguish isoacceptors (see tables). Ty1 through Ty4 represent the different classes of the retroelements.
